[ARCHIVED] BPD Emergency Management Asks Residents to Stay Off the Roads (2/12)

Current models indicate that the City of Burlington can expect to receive 4-8 inches of snow during the winter storm this week. The heaviest snowfall is expected to occur late Wednesday afternoon through the overnight hours and into early Thursday morning.

The City's Emergency Management division is asking that residents please stay off of the roads during the snowfall. Keeping cars off of the roads will reduce the amount of traffic on dangerous roads that have not yet been plowed. Please play it safe and choose to stay where you are, if at all possible, during the snowfall.

Thank You Burlington!
