Traffic signals along S. Church Street from Kitchen Street to Tribek Drive are non-functioning due to a power outage from high winds. Power is expected to be restored by 7:00 PM.
Police will be directing traffic at several of the intersections. If no police are present, please treat each intersection as a four-way stop.
