Mayor Ronnie K. Wall was recently appointed to serve on the Planning and Services Legislative Action Committee for the North Carolina League of Municipalities. Mayor Wall will be serving an at-large, two-year term. The Mayor joins 46 other members who will serve on Legislative Action Committees providing policy decisions recommendations to the League’s Board of Directors. The possible outcomes of these recommendations include: Municipal Core Principles, the Advocacy Agenda, League Endorsements, or Position Statements. The committee may also recommend no action be taken.
