[ARCHIVED] City Of Burlington Leaf Collection Still Available on Demand

Leaves In Front of House.

The City of Burlington recently completed its 2007-2008 loose leaf collection schedule; however, due to warm weather patterns and their resulting impact, some citizens may still need leaf service.

With this is mind, the City will continue to provide citizens with loose leaf collection (on demand). This service will only be offered for the month of February.

Prior to scheduling a pick up, leaves should be raked to the curb as they would on a normal leaf collection week. Upon completion, residents should call Michelle Grogan at the Burlington Public Works Department (222-5005) to schedule an appointment. Citizens will be asked to provide their name, address, and telephone number.

Again, this service will only be offered for the month of February, so any citizens interested in leaf collection should contact 222-5005 as soon as possible.
