City Wants Input on How You Rate the Services They Provide
The City of Burlington will be conducting a survey on the services that they provide to City residents. This study was commissioned by the City of Burlington in conjunction with Elon University with the overall objective of measuring citizen attitudes regarding City services and issues for policy and development, program improvement, and resource allocation. More specifically, this project was conducted for the following purposes:
Ø To provide a vehicle for public participation.
Ø To identify public opinions on relevant issues.
Ø To identify public satisfaction with current service levels.
Ø To provide user service data
Ø To provide public awareness data.
Ø To identify program or policy alternatives.
The surveys will be located in the Times News beginning February 27, on the City of Burlington Website, May Memorial Library, North Park Library, and in other City facilities. Surveys should be returned to the Office of Public Information by March 9, 2006. For more information, contact the City of Burlington Public Information Office at 336-222-5076.
