Glosson Subdivision.  The property is located in the southwest and southeast quadrants of Rural Retreat Road (State Road 1300) and University Drive (Western Loop) as shown on plans by W. Gary Bolden, Professional Land Surveyor, dated October 1, 2004, and containing three lots.

 

(B)              Mr. Franz Holt, representing SSJ of Alamance, LLC, to present an application for preliminary plan approval of the MacArthur Place Subdivision.  The property is located on the west side of MacArthur Lane approximately 1,600 feet south of Durham Street Extension as shown on plans by Alley, Williams, Carmen and King, Inc., dated September 9, 2004, and containing 51 lots.
