Stoney Creek will reopen March 6, 2020

Stoney Creek is the oldest and smallest of the four marinas operated by the City of Burlington.  Only boats using electric trolling motors and canoes and kayaks are allowed to launch from this site. Row boat rentals and a bank fishing area are available at Stoney Creek Marina.

Park closes 30 minutes prior to gate closing time. All bank fishing and rental boats end 30 minutes prior to closing.  No boat launches 90 minutes prior to closing in order to ensure that everyone is off the water and out of park by closing time.  In the event of inclement weather, lakes may close early (all day rain, ice, snow, etc.).

*Children 15 years old or younger may participate without charge when accompanied by an adult.

Outside the marina gate, there is a parking area and access to the Haw River Hiking Trail. For more information on the Haw River Trail, visit www.theHaw.org. The trail access is open year-round.
