Parade Applications

Parade Applications will be available beginning on Monday October 3rd, 2022. 

After the November 11th deadline, applications will only be taken in person at the Recreation & Parks Office and will be assessed a $20 late fee.

General Entry

Youth, Church, Civic or Community Group

Apply in person at the Recreation & Parks office (1333 Overbrook Rd.)   

  •  $10 fee includes up to 2 walking or vehicle units (ex. A Church van plus walkers is included in the $10 fee.)
  • NO Commercial Advertising is allowed with this type of parade unit. Advertising is defined as any decal, poster, sticker, shirt, etc. promoting a for-profit business. To advertise, please register for a Commercial Parade Entry.

Commercial Entry

Any organization or company that wishes to advertise a FOR PROFIT business or organization during the parade

Apply in person at the Recreation & Parks office (1333 Overbrook Rd.)   

  • $225 fee includes up to 2 walking/vehicle units
  • Advertising is defined as any decal, poster, sticker, shirt, etc. promoting a for-profit business.

Antique Car Entry

Must be  a 1986 model or older. 

Apply in person at the Recreation & Parks office (1333 Overbrook Rd.)   

  • Please list make, model, year and color of vehicle in the application.
  • NO Commercial Advertising is allowed with this type of parade unit. Advertising is defined as any decal, poster, sticker, shirt, etc. promoting a business. To advertise, please register for a Commercial Parade Entry.

Horse & Rider Entry

Riders must be 13+.

Apply in person at the Recreation & Parks office (1333 Overbrook Rd.)   

  • $15 fee for each horse & rider unit. 
  • BAGS REQUIRED for all horses. 
  • Please list names and ages of riders in the application. 
  • NO Commercial Advertising is allowed with this type of parade unit. Advertising is defined as any decal, poster, sticker, shirt, etc. promoting a business. To advertise, please register for a Commercial Parade Entry.

Automotive Club

Drivers must be 18+.

Apply in person at the Recreation & Parks office (1333 Overbrook Rd.)   

  • Each vehicle is $10 with a maximum of 6 vehicles allowed PER CLUB/GROUP. Any additional applications for the same group will be denied and/or escorted off the parade route. 
  • Driver's Name and License number as well as the make, model, year and color of each vehicle are required on the application. 
  • All of the vehicles in your group must arrive to the parade staging area together. We will be unable to accommodate late/staggered arrivals. We suggest meeting elsewhere and all driving together to the parade staging.
