Maple Avenue Facade Grants

The City of Burlington Maple Avenue Facade Grant is intended to incentivize the improvement and beautification of property along the Maple Avenue Corridor. This program is funded through CDBG dollars and the city funds provide for 75% of the project costs with a minimum project cost of $1,000 and a max of $10,000. This means if a project costs $4,000, the city covers $3,000 and the business/property owner is responsible for $1,000.
