This specialized clinic is reserved for 6-8 tournament-level players, competing at a local, regional, and national level. The purpose is to guide players in ultimately becoming more skillful, effective and playful competitors.
The two hour, training sessions are primarily spent developing the outer game skills of ball striking, strategy and tactics (how to effectively play defense, neutral and offense tennis, while also developing the vital inner game or mental skills often underdeveloped in tournament players. Players and parents will receive guidance with development plans, competing in tournaments, and pursuing goals such as acquiring college scholarships, if so desired.
Program Philosophies
- We don’t teach systems… We teach individuals while focusing on the fundamentals.
- We help players transition from passengers to pilots; we coach players to become their own coach.
- Game based approach using feeding and hitting when appropriate.
- Western science (technique) fused with eastern, mental development principles to create a wholistic approach to develop a complete game.

Player Match Up Program
BTC offers players two options for finding partners with which to practice and play matches. The first option is a player match up group list, which you can access under the Members Heading when you log in to your Court Reserve account. Scroll to the bottom of the lists to see the players in the Match Up group. Players who want to be added to this list simply email Randall and he will add you to the list. Players can then contact players on the list when they want to arrange a private practice or match session.
The second option is done using the newly launched option on Court Reserve called the Player Match-Up Program or Open Reservation. This program allows Court Reserve members to make what’s called an open reservation versus a normal, closed court or ball machine reservation. The open reservation is set up to assist you in finding a player(s) in BTC’s, 1,000 plus player network to play singles or doubles when you don’t have a partner. For details on how to use these options view - BTC Player Match Up Program Guidelines
