To register for adult sports, visit our office during regular business hours, Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm. Payment is accepted in the form of cash, check or card. If you are a new player, please bring a proof of residency (if you are a city of Burlington resident) upon registering. Our front staff will create your account. Make sure you receive a login and password to the account! Returning players with no address change can register online. We will no longer take over the phone registration.

**When registering your child for sports, you will no longer need to present your child's birth certificate upon sign-up. If you are a new player, you will be asked to provide your child's birth certificate to your child's coach prior to the start of games.
