The Plants Maintenance Division is located on Hawkins Street in Downtown Burlington. The Plants Maintenance Division is responsible for the repair and maintenance of the City's four water and wastewater treatment facilities as well as the operation and maintenance of the various sewage lift stations located around the city, the Water Resources Laboratory, and the Compost Facility.
