Burlington Connected

Burlington Connected program provides two-way communication in which City staff can keep residents updated regarding the status of their request. 

You may use the form below to submit a service request now. You may also download the "Burlington Connected," mobile application, available free in the App Store, Google Play, or the Windows Store, and submit requests as you see them. Finally, the (336) 222-5024 phone line is always available for you to report service requests.

Androids:  Press and hold the app until APP INFO appears. Click on Storage & Cache. Clear Storage & Clear Cache. Then go back and open the app. 

Apple iOS: To clear your history and cookies, go to Settings, Safari and tap Clear History and Website Data.

Immediately call 9-1-1 for all emergency service requests.
